Day 1: Arrival Entebbe-Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be welcomed by our company guide who will transfer you to Kampala for refreshment and overnight stay at Sheraton Kampala hotel (high end), La Petit Village (mid range facility) or Forest Cottages Kampala (Budget facility) Meal plan BB.

Day 2: Kampala – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This uganda gorilla trekking safari starts with a departure from Kampala at 7:00am and head towards southwestern Uganda for the Wildlife Tour. A brief stop at the Equator allows time for photographs and refreshments as well a visit to the craft shops. The journey affords views from the vehicle of the long horned Ankole cattle, in Mbarara, the rolling hills, terraced landscapes and the beautiful panorama of Kabale.

We have a lunch break en route in Mbarara with an option of visiting the Igongo cultural center to experience the Ankole culture. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable park and arrive late evening. Day 3: Mountain Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi

After breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides, depart with picnic lunch boxes to start a 30 minutes – 8 hours trek to find the Mountain gorillas and other Wildlife Tour as you hike up and down slippery slopes with dense mist covered vegetation. This strenuous quest will eventually bring you to the face of one of the most sought after creatures-the mountain gorilla.

After a full hour with them while observing and learning their behavior as you take photos. Time permitting in the afternoon ready for a village foot safari to meet and interact with the local communities that live around Bwindi Forest. Day 4: Bwindi NP to Queen Elizabeth NP

After your breakfast, you will drive northwards to Queen Elizabeth NP via Ishasha sector for the tree-climbing lions. You will enjoy the Ishasha game drive in search for the tree-climbing lions as you look out for other wildlife like the kobs, topis, buffalos and a variety of antelope species grazing in the Ishasha plains.

Day 5: Kyambura Chimpanzee tracking and Afternoon boat cruise

After an early cup of coffee, you will go for chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura and other Wildlife tours. Your trek may be captivated by the sights of other primates like Black and white colobus monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, and a number of bird species.

Return to the lodge for lunch and later embark on a boat cruise along Kazinga channel to have a glimpse of the park’s wildlife variety including Elephants, buffalos, kobs, topis, water bucks, bushbucks, crocodiles and hippos among others that always storm the channel for water in the afternoon. You may also be captivated by fascinating bird species like the kingfishers, pelicans, African martial eagle, African fish eagle, African skimmer and if lucky, the prehistoric-looking shoebill among others. Day 6: Game drive and transfer back to Kampala

Take an early breakfast and head for Kasenyi trail for a remarkable game drive in search for the parks 100 mammal species. Look out for the early raisers like the lions, leopards, hyenas, jackals among others as they return from their night’s hunt.

You may also see herds of buffalos, elephants, bush bucks, water bucks, gazelles, topis, kobs, among others. Return to check out at the lodge and start your journey back to Kampala through Mbarara. With an en route lunch, you will arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon for a transfer to Entebbe for your out bound flight. Meal plan HB
