Itinerary

Day 1: Kampala- Murchison Falls

Today drive north-west through the famous Luwero Triangle and, travel to Masindi via Ziwa Rhino Project. A visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking is a must. After lunch, drive to Murchison Falls “. Meals and overnight stay at:

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park

Begin your day with African Coffee, then embark on a wildlife safari spotting Elephant, Lion, Cape buffalo, and more. After returning for breakfast and lunch, enjoy a boat safari on the Victoria Nile, observing hippos, crocodiles, and diverse bird species. Hike to the Top of the Falls for a breathtaking view before returning to your lodge for overnight stay and meals. Choose from Paraa Safari Lodge (luxury), Murchison River Lodge (mid-range), or Red Chili Rest Camp (budget).

Day 3: Murchison Falls-Kibale

All day drive south via Hoima to Fort Portal through verdant countryside and past traditional homesteads and farms along Albertine Rift escarpments. Fort-Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon. Day 4: Kibale Chimpanzee Trekking -Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early morning trek for chimpanzees. Kibale is the best reserve in Africa to view chimps, a thick jungle with a towering canopy. In the afternoon, drive to the south into Queen Elizabeth National Park, sightseeing and game viewing enroute. Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge/Mazike Lodge (Lodge facility) or Enganzi lodge (Mid range facility) or Simba Safari Camp (Budget facility) Meal plan (F/B)

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is worthwhile an opportunity to see Hippo, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. This trip also enables visitor chance to see spectacular birds. Day 6: Queen Elizabeth NP-Kampala/Entebbe

Morning start with your breakfast ready for guided Chimpanzee/primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge.  After primate walk, proceed to Igongo Cultural village this is more rewarding and amazing as you visit the Ankole museum. Lunch break is made at Agip Motel Mbarara. Later continue to Masaka with a stopover at the Equator for photography before heading back to Kampala or Entebbe to catch up you flight back home or to you r next destination.
